I mainly watch Netflix and was wondering what would be best for me because not all Netflix shows have 4k resolution.   

Samsung UN48J5200 -48 inch full HD 1080p smart LED HDTV ($450 value) vs. Sceptre U435CV-UMC 4k UHD LED HDTV with roku 4 ($412 value).

BTW for me I have the Sceptre setup right now but sometimes the pixels good grainy and lack of color.

I would go Samsung or look at a comparable sony

I personally have not owned a Samsung nor a Spectre TV, but my parents own a Samsung and absolutely love it. I currently have a Sony (about 5 years old) and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My ex-boyfriend also really enjoyed the television, and he was a big gamer! 

I'm sorry if this was not very helpful, but I am hoping you are able to find the perfect TV for yourself and be just as happy with your purchase, as I am with mine!

get the samsung 8500, its one of the best tvs you can get for the price.

I also say Samsung and Sony is finally making a come back with their TV's. So either one won't let you down.
