Are you serious?
If so, then the short answer is, "you don't" or better yet the manufacturers don't have way for you to directly do it.
My best recommendation is to use its 2 channel RCA outpus, feed that to an inexpensive headphone amplifier, and then plug in yowour cans to the amplifier. Creek makes a nice little headphone amplifier http://www.creekaudio.co.uk/main_content.asp?catlook=obh&content=obhseries
If all this is considered overkill to you, then if you have a receiver or audio/video processing unit, it may have a headphone output.
