Welcome to our community. When it comes to TVs, sound and video are two things that just don't quite work without the other. I have a few questions that I hope you can answer so I can offer more informed advice.
Does this issue persist with multiple inputs, or is it just one or two? When you power on the device, does any startup menu or logo appear, or does it stay black consistently? Have you tried to power cycle the TV?

I have the same issue. Out-of-the-box I have audio and no video. The logo does not display when powering on. Just audio attmpting to walk you through the setup. But with no video, it is impossible.

Have you tried to unplug your TV to power cycle it? Have you double checked the power cord is firmly connected to the TV and outlet? If you continue to have issues, please let us know and we’d be happy to see if we can point you in the correct direction for some further assistance.
