Hi there, Keno65,
Welcome to our community. I'm right there with you in regards to keeping your walls cable-free. From what I understand, though, most (if not all) TV antennas must be physically connected to your TV, and after doing some digging, I was not able to find a suitable Bluetooth or Wi-Fi transmitter to do this for you.
I know you mentioned you would prefer to not run cables outside or inside the wall, but would you be open to using some type of cable management to conceal the cables instead?

I did just such a thing for my parents. The best case scenario is to have the antenna as high as possible on a roof and hard wired to the TV.
The installers simply used the exisitng cable in the house and ran to the nearst cable from the antenna.

The people we purchased our house from used external conduit to run speaker wire from the basement to the upstairs. I ripped it out, didn't like the look either.
However, I would advise caution before going into the attic. Be very careful not to disturb the insullation. Mine would be a nightmare as there is a lot of blown stuff in there.
