Fraudulent purchase

Order placed on my account invalid billing address and I no longer live at that address nothing will be done as it has been 2 years and I just logged into my account and saw it under purchases.

Realizing that there is a fraudulent purchase on your account is never an ideal situation. Several years back, I was a victim of identity theft. Therefore, I can understand your frustration with the matter. Though financial institutions typically have a limit on how many days a fraudulent charge must be reported, I'd be happy to offer any support that I can. To get started, send a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, information on the account in question, date of purchase, purchase amount, and any other information that may be helpful. Though I will be leaving the office soon, I'd be happy to assist you when I return on Tuesday.

that is frustrating.

 

The time limit for filing  a chargeback in the US is 60 days. 

 

If it was done on your Best Buy Credit card you would need to contact City Bank

If it was done using your personal credit card you would need to contact your card holder.

 

But after 2 years they will probably not be able to help you.
