I am so turned off with my Toshiba Fire Tv. I can not say how many issues I have had with it since I bought it. The Tv screen is now dim. We got it to come back in by unplugging, pressing power but it eventually went back dim. We bought a new power cord and it still doesn't come in. If we stand close enough we can barely see the apps. We can hear it but I am at my wits end with this TV. Never again!

Thank you so much for reaching out here on our community forum. Although, I do wish it were under better circumstances. Considering how often I use my TV, I can understand how those issues can be quite frustrating.

I see you have tried a decent amount of trouble shooting. However, I do recommend attempting to update the devices firmware. Have you attempted this yet?

Thank you for responding. No, I have not. Can you tell me how? Also I can barely see the screen so I can imagine this being difficult.
