Thank you so much for reaching out here on our community forum. Although, I do wish it were under better circumstances. Considering how often I use my TV, I can understand how those issues can be quite frustrating.
I see you have tried a decent amount of trouble shooting. However, I do recommend attempting to update the devices firmware. Have you attempted this yet?
