I am trying to help my 94-year old mother visually connect with me.  she has Echo show (not sure what number), but no smart phone, only regular cell phone.  If I buy an Echo, will she in some way be able to call me on her Echo so that I can see her on my Echo?  Or do I ecen need an Echo, I have ab iPhone 8

She should be able to contact people who have an Echo Show, or any Alexa enabled device, or phones and tablets with  the Alexa App installed.  She should also be able to call regular phone numbers (but without video)
