I just purchased a 32" Toshiba Fire Tv about 2 weeks ago and everything was working great, but now when I go into Crave, I can look at the options of what to watch, but once I click on my selection to play, the screen goes black and I have to exit. Crave is still working on my other devices.

That said, I can understand your disappointment that you're now running in to difficulties when trying to use Crave, so I'm glad you reached out for help.
As you may have noticed from other posts, our community is intended to assist customers in the United States. Was this purchase made in the U.S. or Canada? If this TV was purchased in Canada I'd recommend that you reach out to Best Buy Canada or contact Toshiba to see what troubleshooting steps they can offer.
