Congratulations on your new TV! That said, it hurts me to hear that your TV isn't working as intended. We know that getting a TV is an important purchase, so we want you to get the most out of it. That's why I'm glad you reached out when it won't turn on, as I'd like to help turn that around.

Once you give those a try, if the TV still isn't turning on, you can explore having a Geek Squad Agent come out to your home to set-up the TV for a fee if you think the issue could be that it's not connected properly. Otherwise, if you believe the issue is with the TV itself, you can look into a return or exchange if it's within our Return & Exchange Promise.

I really can't believe you're even wanting feedback from me. The CSR I spoke with was incredibly rude and, no, the TV never started working. I returned it and will not ever buy another Toshiba and will never buy from Best Buy!
