I recently purchased a Sony - 65" Class - LED - X800G Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR and have not been able to connect anything using bluetooth. Several people have attempted to connect for me as well as myself following all directions very carefully. Any ideas?

Before we get started, would you mind elaborating on what it is you're trying to connect to that model via Bluetooth? Just curious, as the Questions & Answers for the Sony 65" Class LED X800G Series 2160p Smart 4K UHD TV With HDR states that Bluetooth headphones aren't compatible with that model.

If you let me know what you're hoping to hook up with Bluetooth, I'd be happy to see if the issue could be that they're not compatible with the TV, and explore next options.
