it says it is not connected to wifi when i go under settings.. the new network is NOT even detected! i am so mad! HELP!
ATT of course says its not their fault. i am waiting to hear from LG. ive tried everything even their suggestion over the phone.. my tv is pretty new. I REFUSE to pay for a technician. WHY is the network not even popping up???

Basic question
When they attached the new Modem did they conect it to your Router?
Are you able to connect via any other device to the network?
