ARC not working with brand new Samsung 75" UN75JU641DFXZA

Hi, I just bought a new Samsung 75" UN75JU641DFXZA and am very familiar with connecting for ARC support to my Samsung Soundbar. Everything looks like it's going to work but no sound comes out the soundbar. I of course changed calbes to those I know support ARC, Also anotehr soundbar I have also doesn't work. IS it possible this new TV doesn't work or there is a compatibility problem.

 

Does anyone have ARC working on Samsung 75" UN75JU641DFXZA ?

Things to try:
1. Make sure ANynet is turned on (TV menu under "System")
2. HDMI cable in the proper (ARC) input on TV
3. Check software version on TV and update if needed.

Were you able to get everything connected, and working for your new Samsung TV? ARC support is a great connection to utilize as it provides that superior quality we all love.

 

If you weren’t, I recommend reaching out Samsung directly to ensure your TV doesn’t need a firmware update. Sometime those needed updates can interfere with your TV’s compatibilities, and port functions.
