65" samsung tv. screen went black. bought December 2021

Hello all,


I bought a samsung tv from best buy (model QN65QN90AAF) in December of 2021.  Yesterday I was watching and suddenly screen started getting dimmer and within 10 seconds went almost completly black.  Sound is still working.  This model does not have a One connect box.  I cycled power a couple times.  Then tried swapping out xfinity cable box.  Neither fixed problem.  I then connected an older samsung tv to cable and it works fine and the cable and xfinity box worked fine with that tv.  Reconnected new tv and still black screen.


I have started a support ticket with Samsung and am here trying to get advice on what to do.  I have had couple samsung tv's in the past and they are both still working to this day.  Any help is appreciated.
