I bought a Toshiba Fire TV before Christmas last year. It worked fine before I went to bed. The next day when turning on the all I got was a black screen. I can talk and hear Alexa but that is it. No matter what I do the black screen does not go away.  

Second problem. The tv can be turned on with the remote's power button but all other buttons turn it off.

Uh-oh! Something definitely sounds like its not working properly. Does it seem like the panel is turning on at all? This would include looking closely at the display and dimly seeing an image.
