Support 2019




I ordered a Samsung Watch yesterday and it was supposed to be delivered today (Jan 22). I get a message today from support saying the shipping delayed.


Here's the text of the message:

"We're sorry, we're working on getting it to you soon. If we can't ship it by Febrary 20, we'll let you know and cancel the order".
It is frustrating to see an order pushed out by 30 days when the item is available and in stock in all your local stores. Why should i be waiting 30 days to find out if the item can be shipped or cancelled?
 I´m travelling EEUU in a few days, but I´m staying there for only two weeks, so if the item arrives by that date, i will not be able to recieve the package.
