Thanks for the update, Brunatakahashi1. This is due to our orders being intended for use in the U.S., and it is assumed that products will be used in the U.S. Therefore, in order to help you out with the phone issues, it will need to be returned to one of our stores in Puerto Rico, or US.
Regarding your receipt, if it’s in her name, she can reach out to us, as I mentioned earlier, and we can try to e-mail her a copy of it. She can then send it to you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
