JBL link 10 não carrega

Comprei uma Caixa JBL, modelo link 10, dia 18/04/2019 na loja da 5th avenue em New York.

O problema é que a caixa de som não liga sem o cabo de força. Quando retiro da tomada, após ligada, funciona durante pouco tempo e desliga sozinha.

Gostaria de saber quanto tempo de garantia e Quais são os procedimentos para a substituição.

  1. full name
  2. email address
  3. phone number
  4. date of transaction
  5. total amount paid

  5. Total amount paid: U$ 79,00 (without tax), i can´t remember if was U$ 79,90 or U$ 79,00.

 

The sound box is defective, can I exchange it at another Best Buy store? Can it be in Orlando or should it be in the store that the purchase was made?
