Sorry for my Ingles, I'm using a translator, I bought a 43 inch toshiba TV model 43LF621U19 serial
{removed per forum guidelines} on Black Friday of 2018 at the Best Buy store winter gardem and the TV is experiencing a problem , the operating system is staling, I've reset the TV and now the same does not advance the initial screen, is locked in the screen where we must choose the region.
How can I use a manufacture's warranty

I can imagine it can be diffcult to come across issues with your Toshiba TV. When you purchased the TV did you add on our Geek Squad Protection Plan?

Sorry, I do not include the geek squad protection plan. Tv is purchased on 11/22/2018 at the best buy winter garden store.

I am sorry to learn that you didn't purchase a Geek Squad Protection (GSP). Most manufacturers offer a year limited warranty on televisions. I would encourage you to reach out to Toshiba to move forward with a repair. You will probably need the receipt of your purchase if you do not have a copy let us know and we can try to get you a copy.
Our team does have support in Spanish if that is your preferred language.
