I sent you the private message with the information requested. Still waiting reply, I have to confess that when I bought the game for my son never expected such a bad experience. Defenetely will not recommend to anybody buying a video game at a best buy store. From looking at other posts I can see I'm not the only one having issues. On the telephone I got transfered to a message that said something in regards to no having the codes and not knowing when they will have them. If such is the case why you just return people's money so that they can go buy someplace else?

I know that these digital downloads can sometimes sneak into your unwanted email folder, causing you to wait longer than anticipated.
