Express Replacement

For drops, spills, or other mechanical failure covered under our Geek Squad Protection plan, you'll want to set up a reservation to visit your local Geek Squad. You can set that reservation up here.


To file a claim, you'll need to bring: 

  1. Your Geek Squad Protection number (if you don't know it we can help you find it)
  2. The device itself
  3. A credit card (if your request is subject to a service fee)
  4. For devices with carrier plans: primary account holder information for pre-activation, so that your replacement phone can be back up and running as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Phone

For lost or stolen devices covered under a Geek Squad Complete Protection plan, you can start a claim for your device online or by calling (866) 205-4388.

External Battery or Accessory Replacements

For replacements of external batteries or, any accessories such as power chargers, covered under your Geek Squad Protection Plan please call us at (866) 933-5552.



Update Geek Squad Protection Monthly Payment

Has your credit card expired or been replaced? If you're currently paying monthly for your Geek Squad Protection, Loss & Theft or Complete Plan, please visit our Geek Squad Protection Monthly Payment page to update your information to keep your coverage going.
