I have the keyboard model number RF- CMBO it has been working fine until today the 1-0 abover the key pad isnt working everything else the other number pad to the right is working perfect its a pain because i cant type the at sign or exclamation points can someone please provide a solution fast thanks...

I would recommend bringing the unit along with your purchase receipt into your local store's Geek Squad for repairs. It has a 1 year coverage.
