rocketfish model RF-G1603

I purchased a couple months ago and tried several differant output variations however on tv repeated signal loss giving picture dropout and occasionally tv displays signal loss and I have to unplug source cable and plug back in to reaquire program. quick setup guide under trouble shooting I can disable CEC command. can I accomplish this task?

Thanks for joining our community, and for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that your HDMI splitter is acting up like that.

 

That CEC would be through your television, so you'd need to shut it off there. Your TV's manual should give instructions on how to turn the function off.

 Found a setting on the TV turned it off Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem
