rfmab2 not being seen by new Sony all in one computer with built in bluetooth.

I tirned it on where the blue light is flashing, bluetooth is on on the computer. detection finds neighbors printers and phone, but does not detect the headset. The computer is only a couple months old so shouldnt be too old. I will try it with phone, and if it works, then what....I bought it to use with the computer. Can anyone offer any advise? I guess I will return it and scrap that idea if not. My bluetooth drivers say that they are using the latest.

Hello drivebytrucker,

In order for your computer to detect the RF-MAB2, you will have to put the headset into pairing mode. To do this please follow these steps:

  1. Turn the RF-MAB2 off, no lights will be on.
  2. Hold down the "Power/Talk" button on the headset until the light begins flashing with alternating red/blue.
  3. Scan for Bluetooth devices on your computer.
  4. Follow the steps on screen to complete the pairing process.
