I got a new cable very expensive and long HDMI cable with reinforced binding
everything worked fine until one day something happened and it just stopped working and I don't know if it burned out or broke somewhere

Cables, like most other products, can develop faults over time. Your cable should have a manufacturer's warranty, but the duration may vary by item.
