connection of bluetooth sevice

I just puchased the rocketsih Bluetooth hardware and trying to get i connected from my audio output of my windows 10 desktop to my amplifier and speakers.  .  I'm a bit confused on the hookup instructions as given in the insturctions.  I'm using direct connect.  My bluetooth on my computer does not see the box???  Please advise.  Thanks
