Rocketfish

I have 2 ea Rocketfish RF-WS01 series speakers along with the sender (transmitter).  One speaker works, the other fails to link up with the transmitter (Green LED light on front continues to blink). Have tried the pairing process described on pg 18 of the manual. 

The manual also describes a set of 2 speakers as  a WS01 and a WS01-W. Even though both speakers appear identical externally, I suspect the 2 are not a matched set,  ie I may have two ea WS01 or 2ea WS01-W speakers.

My questions:

1) Is there a way to tell the difference between a WS01 and a WS01-W speaker ?

2) There are WS01 speakers for sale on-line.  If I can determine which type (WS01 vs WS01-W) speaker I have and can buy the complimentary speaker on-line could I expect both speakers to function ?
