So I have an Xbox One X and now have the God of War PS4 pro. Where I am living I don't have much room and I am using a Samsung 4k monitor to run the console through. It only has 1 HDMI slot that supports the 4k the consoles use so I go the swticher so I didn't have to keep swtiching cords with his annoying. The Xbox is working fine, but I am not getting any picture with the PS4.
My Samsumg monitor is this:
Samsung - UE590 Series 28" LED 4K UHD Monitor - Black
Model # U28E590D
Can anyone help me figure out what is going on?
I have also tried to plug it into the same input slot that the Xbox worked on and no change.

Good Morning Dragoness31,
Welcome to the Rocketfish Community! I’m sorry to hear that RF-G1501 HDMI Switch you purchased doesn’t seem to be working with your PS4 Pro God of War bundle. I understand that be very frustrating.
Can you please double check the HDMI cord you’re using? It’s possible that the HDMI cord may not be correct quality to be transferring that 4K signal. Since you’ve attempted to plug in your PS4 into the same slot you can get your Xbox One to work on in the switch I don’t believe the issue is with your RF-G1501.
Kindly,
Mariah

The cord is brand new, it is the one that came with the PS4. It also works when I plug it directly into the monitor. I have also tried the cord from the Xbox with the PS4 and still the same result. I also bought a Premium GE HDMI cable that had the same result.

Hello Dragoness31,
At this point I’d recommend exchanging your RF-G1501 for a different one to see if that resolves the issue. According to BestBuy.com’s Q&A for this product other customers have been able to get it to work with their PS4 Pros. Hopefully by exchanging it that will resolve the issue you’re experiencing.
Respectfully,
