I bought this new at Best Buy with my phone case in July '13, and have hardly used the charger, it just stays in my vehicle. I went to use it last week for the 1st time in at least a month and it didn't work.

Model# is either RF-BA555 OR 8A555 as I can't tell even with a magnifiying glass.

Is there anyway of getting a replacement without it costing me money or am I doomed?

Unfortunately the RF-BA555 is covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. From the date you gave, it does sound like it is beyond that time frame.
