So, yesterday I was using my charger and then it didn't work. The blue light turned off, after changing the outlet it worked but now today I used it and it stopped working completely. I tried changing outlets and nothing worked. The blue light won't turn on and I don't know what to do. I am currently typing this on my laptop with 45% charge so reply quickly. Thank you very much

This unit comes with a 3 year manufacturer warranty. You can take it and a copy of the receipt to the Geek Squad desk at your local store, and they can do a warranty review. If you are unable to locate the receipt, give your local store a call and they may be able to look up the purchase using your phone #, or email address.

In most cases they will just exchange the portion that you take in. You will want to make sure you keep the correct tip, but beyond that the store should be able to just swap out the adapter itself.
