I found a solution for this issue at the following link:

Basically, this device uses a variant of the Asix AX88722 chipset, for which Asix provides current drivers for various OSes, including OSX Mavericks.

After about an hour trying to get this device to work with my new Macbook Pro, I stumbled across the link, followed the directions above, and now the device works just fine.  I'm using it right now to access these forums, in fact!

Hey Rocketfish, stop pretending to work on this internally & just blast out the link. I'm guessing 95% of your customers don't read this forum and will think you're on top of it. From what I'm seeing here & the fact that the Asix AX88722 drivers worked, you should be making a killer margin on this product.

I doubt Rocketfish is ever going to fix this, but if you look at the post just above mine from cross_bearer_02, it has the link to the OS X drivers. That worked fine for me. Give it a try.

This is still not working for me even theough the new drives says it works wit Mavericks or OSX 10.9. I am running 10.9.3 on a Mac Book Pro  MBP101

Welcome to Community@ Rocketfish™!

We have not had reports of it not working with the new update.  Are you using models model A1425/ MD213LL/A?  It is not compatible with those.  Aside from that, once you've installed the driver, it is a simple plug and play device at that point.  If it still not working, then I would recommend taking it to Geeksquad so they can look at it and see if maybe the cable is faulty.

I can tell if this device Rocketfish USB 2.0 to RJ-45 Adapter Dongle Model: RF-PCC132 I can connect to a computer with usb cable that works as dongle to work with internet, the computer that I mean just bring your firmware and there is no way of putting on other applications or software.
