From what I gathered of your question, you are attempting to install this device on a computer with no internet connection. If you are using Windows 7 or 8, the Operating System may have generic drivers to run the adapter. If not, you may need to download the driver from the Rocketfish site on a Internet Connected computer to a USB Flashdrive and use that to install on the computer in question.
