· It can take about eight to nine hours to charge the batteries. The batteries will last up to ten hours with continuous use (depending on the headphone volume level and distance from the docking station or other Rocketboost sender).

· Place the headphones onto the docking station. Make sure that the headphone charging contacts and the docking station charging pins make contact.
· The docking station charging indicator turns red to indicate the headphones are charging.
· When the headphones are fully charged (which takes about eight to nine hours), the docking station charging indicator turns green.
· The headphones can be charged even if the docking station and/or headphones are turned off.
· Important: Before using the wireless headphones for the first time, make sure the batteries are fully charged for at least 16 hours. This will provide a longer operating lifetime for the batteries.

· Make sure the headphone batteries are correctly installed installed.
· Make sure that the headphone charging contacts and the docking station charging pins make contact. You might have to rock them back and forth to make a good connection. The docking station charging indicator turns red to indicate the headphones are charging.
· Try plugging the docking station into a different outlet.

· Only use rechargeable AA batteries.
1. With the earpiece cushion facing you, unlock and remove the cushions by slightly rotating the left cushion clockwise and the right cushion counterclockwise, then pulling them away from the headphones.
2. Take out old batteries.
3. Insert one AA rechargeable battery into each battery compartment. Make sure to align the + and – symbols on the batteries with the symbols in the battery compartments.
4. Put the left and right cushions back into place.
Note: Before using the wireless headphones with new batteries, make sure the batteries are fully charged for at least 16 hours. This will provide a longer operating lifetime for the batteries. For more information on charging your headphones refer to Question 10 on page 5.

· To avoid risk of fire and to prevent damage, only use the AC adapter supplied with your wireless headphones.
· Make sure that the power supply outlet matches the AC adapter’s 120V before making the connection.

· Check the volume level of the headphones or audio sources connected to the docking station.
· Make sure that all of the cables are connected correctly to the Rocketboost devices.
· Make sure the audio source connected to your sender is ON.
· Make sure the sender or receiver devices are not set to Mute.
· Make sure that that the power indicators on the headphones and docking station are lit solidly. If the indicators are blinking, see Question 3 on page 2 or Question 4 on page 3 for steps on how to establish a connection.
· Check if the audio source has internal/external speaker settings that allow the internal speakers to be turned off and for the sound to be output from the audio sources line output to your external device (your headphones).
· Some TVs may have a line output volume level that is set according to the TV volume level. If this is the case, be sure your TV is not set to Mute and the volume is turned up.

o Shorten the distance between your headphones and the docking station.
o Shorten the distance between your Rocketboost products.
o Keep your headset and docking station at a minimum of 18 inches away from interference causing devices.
o If your cordless phone or wireless router is causing interference try changing the channel it is using. Please refer to your device’s owner manual.

· Turn up the volume using the headphone’s volume controls.
· Make sure that the headphone batteries are installed correctly.
· To maximize your volume level through the system, make sure your audio source (i.e., A/V receiver, MP3 player, etc.) have their volume turned up to at least 50% of their volume level.
· Your headphone batteries may be dead. Try recharging your headphones.
