Hi,
I have a RocketFish 4K HDMI switch newly purchased, and I'm having a hard time getting it to output anything to my TV (LG WebOS). I have tried multiple HDMI cables (same brand, 4K-advertised). My devices always work when directly plugged into my TV, but I can't get any inputs to register through the switch - the TV always shows no signal no matter which I am cycling through. Yes, I have checked the power and both sides of connections multiple times over, and tried cycling the 5V power connection.
The strangest thing of all is, after repeated attempts, maybe 1 time in 10, I can get the picture to work through the switch for maybe 10 seconds, or until I switch inputs back and forth, whichever comes first. It would make me think it was a cable problem if it didn't always work when plugged in directly, and that the cables were all new.
I tried turning on CEC in a hail mary, and have considered turning off Ultra HDR, but I don't really want to as the switch says it supports it.
Any advice would be appreciated; I'm at the point where I want to return it and explore alternative brands.
