The only outlets that work are the 

2 always on & the master

2 lights are illuminated amber

The other 4 outlets do not work.

What's wrong?

Thanks for asking your question on the forums. Here we do have knowledgeable staff and members. That's a very good question, have you reached out the manufacture or read the owner's manual?  Is this a recent purchase and can be exchanged for a new unit?

Can't find an owner's manual and this item has been discontinued (although recently purchased).

Doesn't make sense that the aforementioned outlets work and the others don't.

I feel like I'm missing some trick.
