RF-iCap23 won't sync

My iCap23 was working fine with my iPad 3 for several months. This morning, the iPad would no longer connect. I tried forgetting the iCap in the iPad but that didn't work. The blue light on the iCap is steady no matter what I do and neither my iPad or iPhone detect it. Hitting the Bluetooth button doesn't do anything no matter now long I hold it. The blue light just stays steady. Is there sone way to reset the iCap23? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us to share that your Rocketfish iCap23 isn’t working. I understand how frustrating that would be not have a full keyboard when you’re used to using your iPad that way. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to post to us.

 

The Quick Setup Guide shares that Blue ON for 2 seconds means it just was connected. The guide doesn’t share what a continuous blue may mean. Is the iCap23 fully charged? If you’re still having an issue with it after fully charging the device, can you please give our advanced support team a call at (800) 620-2790? They’d be happy to see what advice they can share with you, and further troubleshooting options.
