Thanks for reaching out to us to share that your Rocketfish iCap23 isn’t working. I understand how frustrating that would be not have a full keyboard when you’re used to using your iPad that way. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to post to us.
The Quick Setup Guide shares that Blue ON for 2 seconds means it just was connected. The guide doesn’t share what a continuous blue may mean. Is the iCap23 fully charged? If you’re still having an issue with it after fully charging the device, can you please give our advanced support team a call at (800) 620-2790? They’d be happy to see what advice they can share with you, and further troubleshooting options.
