Hi,
I saw the discussion with the same name below but my situation is different, I have the small and large units ti the good place, The system used to work, then inetrmittently, the left rear speaker stopped working and now I have no sound at all from rear speakers.

If the unit has been working, and has gradually gotten to the point of no longer playing any audio, it is most likely going to be component failure. Approximately how long would you say you have had the unit?

Hi,
I have this unit since 6 month but I started to have problems approximatly 1 month after I plugged it.

Thank you for responding!
In that case take the RF-WHTIB and your receipt into your local Best Buy to the Geek Squad desk. They will review the unit under the manufacturer warranty. If you do not have your receipt the store agents may be able to look it up on your My Best Buy account.
