Hello,
I have a Music Receiver model RF-BTR212, it works fine with my phone, tablet, and windows 7 laptop, but I recently replaced my old w7 laptop bluetooth 3.0 adapter for a new bluetooth 4.0 adapter. So, I have to re-install the music recevier device. The music receiver gets added to the bluetooth devices in the laptop, but when the "Driver Software Installation" windows whows up searching in windows updates, it ends with an error saying "No driver found", the device icon is marked with a yellow sub-icon and it does not appears in the playback devices. I also tried updating the driver from the Music Receiver device properties and it can not find it.
Where can I download the Music Receiver driver or how can I update it to make it work with my new bluetooth 4.0 adapter?
Thank you.

Hello mbluewolf,
I would suggest first updating to the latest version of the Bluetooth stack which can be found here.

I am running a Dell windows 7 laptop and it will find the device, but says that no driver found. I downloaded the Bluetooth software mentioned above and it will not recognize my device. I have the RF-BTR212. My smartphones and tablet work flawlessly, but I would like to be able to hook up my computer as that is where all my music is. Thank you.

OMG, the phone tech support for this device it TOTALLY worthless. They tell me that a windows 7 device with bluetooth is out of the scope of this product. Umm... I'm even using a rocketfish bluetooth dongle to establish the connection.
Thank You Tom-RF, I'm up and running.
