Loss connection to receiver

Hello,

 

I have what it appears to be an older model of the RocketFish. The SN is {removed per forum guidelines}. I've had this device for quite a while and has worked perfectly, but recently it keeps losing connetion, I have to keep umplugging the rear receiver, plugging back in, turn it on and it connects to the receiver connected to the TV. 

 

Any suggestions on what I should try?

Welcome, and thank you for connecting with us regarding your trouble with your receiver. It would be quite frustrating to have your receiver disconnect sporadically. I would encourage you to attempt to do a power reset. To do this, unplug the unit, and while unplugged, hold down the power button for about 30 seconds. After that time release the button, plug it back into power and turn it back on.
