Keeps blanking out and saying no HDMI input

I have my TV and ROKU hooked up.
Keeps randomly blanking the screen and neither device is recognized.
Says no HDMI input.
Sometimes, I can reset and all works until it fails again.

I can hook them up separately and directly to the TV and have no problems.

Any idea what is wrong?

I'd be happy to see if we can figure out why your device signal is blacking out. What is the model # for the Rocketfish equipment you are using?

The model is RF-1185. I posted that already.
If I do not have ananswer by tomorrow, I am taking this back to Best Buy for a refund.

Thank you for responding!

When the tv screen is blanking out, are you getting any messages on the tv screen like "no signal" or "unsupported format"?

When the image blanks out, do you still get audio, or do you lose all signal?

Does the LED indicator on the Rocketfish Selector change when the signal drops out, or does the LED stay the same?

Last question would be do you have the same issue with other HDMI equipment through this switch, or do you have the Roku set up as your only source device?

Says no HDMI input. I have TV , ROKU, and DVD hooked up.
Loses vido and sound no matter which device I choose.
Led indicicator is on.

Do you have the receipt, and how long have you had this unit?
Did it originally work correctly, or has it done this since you first purchased it?
