Hi! I recieved the lighted charger for my 4s for graduation this past summer and it worked fine--in fact it still works. It charges my phone with no problems!
My issue is that it refuses to light up anymore, at all. The lights just stopped. Anything I can do or am I stuck with the cord as it is?

If the lighted portion has stopped functioning, you can have the unit reviewed under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Were you given the receipt with the cord, or can you request the receipt from the person that gave it to you? If they do not have it they can call your local Best Buy location, and the store personel may be able to look it up using their name, phone #, or the card they used for payment.
Once you have the receipt info, take that and the cord into your local Best Buy to the Geek Squad desk, and they should be able to get you exchanged out.
