I recently purchased this Bluetooth micro adapter and have not been able to successfully install it on my laptop from either the disk that came with the adapter or by downloading the software directly from Broadcom. I get the message "Device unable to start. (Code 10)" I also get a message about a driver error and something about a Pnp not working. I'm using Windows 7. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times.
I thought this was going to be an easy install, but I guess not. These adapters can be finicky, but I'm out of answers. Ideas, anyone? Thanks

Unfortunately it seems like RF-MRBTAD that you own is not functioning properly. I would suggest returning the unit, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain repair or replacement under warranty. The RF-MRBTAD has a one year warranty from the date or purchase.
