I have a 4 way splitter that I bought about a year ago. It worked flawlessly (DVD in port 1, Roku in port 3), until recently, the entire unit just shuts off. Toggling the power switch doesn't reboot it, unplugging/waiting/plugging doesn't reboot it. Unplugging/replugging the HDMI cables doesn't reboot it. I just forget it and read a book, but a few hours later, I notice the power is back on and working. Later, it's off again. Last night I went to bed because it wasn't working, this mornign, it's back on. I can't figure out any pattern. What??

Hello, HearingLady,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this here in our Community.
I'd be happy to see if I can help out at all. Do you have the model number from that splitter handy? That will help me be sure I'm looking at the right information.
Sincerely,

Hi, HearingLady,
No problem!
Based on your post, this sounds like a power issue. It may be that the power port or the cable itself isn't working right.
The product should come with a one-tear warranty on it. If you head into your local Best Buy, we should be able to check it out and see if that warranty is still active. If not, a replacement is currently on sale and available here.
Sincerely,

Yup. That's exactly what mine looks like. I'll bring the unit and power cable in to a store. Thank you for your help.
