Hi,

good day.

my rocket fish energy saver power surge protection cord has a continous sound after power surge damaged the 2 diodes inside. Can I reset something inside to remove the sound? can I return it back for warranty to rocketfish for warranty?

Any advise can greatly help.

Welcome to our community. A power surge cen be scary, and I hope that your electronics are all just fine.

Surge protectors are, essentially, designed for a single use. Once they stop a surge, they should no longer be used. You'll want to replace that surge protector to make sure your electronics stay protected.

well I think this is a warranty case where you have to replace it!
