I recently purchased a USB 3.0 PCI Express Card (RF-P2USB3). My motherboard is an EVGA E758-TR. The USB ports on the MB just blew out, but everything else works fine.
I am trying to connect my keyboard and mouse to the USB card, but the bios does not recognize the keyboard plugged into the card, so I am unable to access the bios.
Please help. Thank You.

Unfortunately BIOS will not be able to access the USB devices through the PCI card. In order to use USB devices with BIOS they must be connected to the USB ports on the motherboard. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer of your motherboard, so that you can find out if the unit is still under warranty.
