I have bought a bluetooth audio receiver BTR319. I plugged it into my TV, but I can't figure out how to pair my headphones with it so that I can hear the TV through my headphones.

Hey, pedserrn123.
Welcome to the Community Forums! We are certainly glad to have you join us! I love that adapters give me the ability to make my Bluetooth headphones work with my existing equipment. I also understand how tricky setting them up can be.
I believe you are having an issue because the adapter that you purchased is a receiver and not a transmitter. This means that if your TV does not have Bluetooth, when you plug the receiver into your TV, your TV is now able to receive information from a Bluetooth signal.
If your TV is not equipped with the ability to send out a Bluetooth signal, you need a Bluetooth transmitter. The transmitter will plug into your TV and send a signal out to your Bluetooth headphones. We do offer a variety of products on https://bby.me/w5r6af that should meet your needs. Many of them are even able to both receive and transmit a signal. Feel free to check them out here. https://bby.me/kvgzqf
Sincerely,
