THEN THEY STOPPED PLAYING SUBSCRIPTION MUSIC SAYING ''CANNOT FIND THE PROPER LICENSE'' AFTER HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH BEST BUY AND SAMSUNG I DOWNLOADED THE LATEST FIRMWARE AND THEY WORKED FINE. NOW, 1 OF THEM IS DOING IT AGAIN. I HAVE UPDATED LICENSES ON RHAPSODY AND UPDATED LICENSES IN MUSIC LIBRARY. I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER FROM EVERTONE AND I AM NOT TOO COMPUTER SAVVY AS IT IS. COULD ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?
