Just recently got an iPod Touch and I don't have the warranty or reciept, being that the parentals decided that it wouldn't be neccesary. Well, go figure I download some applications, etc, and low-and-behold, the WiFi is grey'd out. I have restored it back to 1.1.4, 1.1.1, 2.1, and 1.1.5. I can sit next to the router and I have set up Ad-Hoc networks, I have set up WEP, WPA2, and other wireless securitys and even non-secure. I have reset all the settings, and I have tried to do a VPN, non of which have worked. So, I would appreciate it if someone could help me find a solution for this.
Specifics
Capacity -7.1GB
Version - 2.2(5G77)
Serial Number - 9C8251LH14N
Model - MA623LL
Wi-Fi Address - N/A
Under Settings --> General --> Network
VPN - Not Configured
Wi-Fi - No Wi-Fi
Under Settings (Wi-Fi) it says No Wi-Fi
So if anyone has a solution for this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
Brent.
