iPod Nano 16gb 4th Generation

[ Edited ]
So I've only had my iPod Nano 16gb 4th Generation for about a week and a half.  I was charging it up on my laptop when I looked over at it and saw the screen was completely black.  I took a closer look and saw it was only tinted with the main menu up, like I had it.  Well, it appears to be frozen.  I cannot click anything or scroll down the menu.  I tried plugging it back into my laptop and home pc but nothing works.  It won't even recognize it on my home pc with iTunes 8.0.  I've tried holding the MENU button down but it doesn't seem to work.  Any advice?

Try holding down the Menu button AND the middle button together for about 10 seconds. If not, try letting the battery just run out, and then plug it into the computer. If that doesn't work... take a trip to an Apple store.
